How to fix your McAfee-crippled computer

McAfee false Update, Fix system affected from McAfee Update, System falls under continuous reboot.
All of a sudden when i came today morning i have found my system got affected with the virus and it is rebooting continuously.

After some discussion with IT people i came to know that this mal function is from McAfee.
